5/5 Stars I originally went to look at a chrysler 300 but it i wasnt really sold on it, so Luis Jacome one of the salesperson helped me look around and after looking at several cars i finally found a certified used mercedes-benz glk. It was exactly in my price range that i gave Luis. I have to say im a very picky person but he was patient and helped me throughout the whole process.. got my payments to where i wanted them. If you give this man an idea of what you are looking for and a price range, he will do his best to meet it. Definitely surpassed my expectations. I give him and the team at riverside a 5!! Ask for Luis Jacome when you get to riverside. - Oscar T

5/5 Stars Me and my wife were looking to sell my truck and get into a charger. We decided to take a trip out of the blue to New Bern to look and we happened to stop by river side jeep Chrysler dodge and we never left. We had an amazing salesman "Big Lee" he was very helpful and not pushy at all! He answered all of our questions and gave us space to decided what we were going to do. Well we decided to sell my truck and big Lee put me in the charger I wanted! This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I defiantly going back and recommending everyone I know go there! - Chris C
