SALES ASSOCIATE
-Approach, greet, and offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
-Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
-Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospects.
-Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
-Build strong rapport with customers.
-Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles.
-Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards.
-Report to the sales manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analysis.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN
The primary responsibility of the Automotive Service Technician is to perform repair and service on customer and dealership vehicles within management's guidelines for productivity, safety and efficiency. Diagnose and repair and other model vehicles to dealership specifications. Maintain high customer satisfaction and maintain an organized and safe bay according to dealership, O.S.H.A. and EPA standards. Also be interested in learning new technical information and techniques in formal training classes to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology.

Job Requirements for Automotive Service Technician:
- At least 2 years experience with engine repair, steering & suspension, heating & air conditioning and brakes, transmission ( ASE Certifications a plus!!)

- Valid Driver's License


CAR DETAILER

This position will be responsible for keeping the cars on our lot clean and ready to sell! Be ready to wash cars, put fuel in vehicles, and move cars around the lot. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
